About NHH Aid
NHH Aid is a student run humanitarian organization located at The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NSEBA) in Bergen, Norway.
NHH Aid raises money for education in emerging countries as well as informing and creating social responsibility-awareness among students at our school.
All money donated to NHH Aid go directly to improve the educational situation for thousands of children in Malawi, Africa through UNICEF and the Schools For Africa campaign.
Throught the last two years, NHH Aid has raised more than 1 500 000,- NOK (App. $260 000)
to this campaign, making NHH Aid one of the most significant student-run humanitarian organizations in the country.

NHH Aid fund drive (Norw. "Aksjonsuken")
Every year in september, NHH Aid have a one week fund drive thrown by the freshmen-students. The fund dirve week is among the oldest student fund drives in Norway still active, and the most signicant annual student fund drive in Norway. Through a wide variety og events the freshmen students raises a signicifant amount of money.

NHH Aid Conference
The NHH Aid conference is held every spring at The Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration. The theme of the conferance varies from year to year. In 2008 the theme of the conference was "Effective Aid. How?" and "Aid in times of crisis".

Meaningful Career (Career day)
Together with Næringslivsutvalget, NHH Aid have a career day each spring with a broad range of foundations and non-tradational businesses represented.The purpose of this day is to show student the vast variety of job oppertunities business students have after gratuation.

NHH Aid internship
Together with UNICEF, NHH Aid offers a 1 year internship. The Intern will spend a year with UNICEF in Malawi, Africa, although there are still some details that needs to be worked out. The internship will most likely consist of some months at the UNICEF Norway office, and the remaining with UNICEF Malawi. Applicants must be enrolled students of The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, be highly motivated, posess analytical skills and be proficient in both oral and written Norwegian and English.
